01) Choose the best fabric

the usual options, one is the 100% pure silk chiffon 8 mm,  satin/charmeuse 14 mm, or 100% pure silk crepe de chine 14 mm

or the blend silk material, such as the 80% cotton / 20% silk, 90% modal / 10% silk, 90% modal / 10% cashmere twill, etc.

cheaper options, the fake silk 100% polyester new silk, the satin, etc.
